Frank earned his B.A. degree from Towson University in 1993 and was awarded his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice law before the Bars of New York, Maryland, and Virginia. Frank is currently the chairman of the Estates and Trusts Committee of the Anne Arundel Bar Association. He has served as a lecturer to the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Mr. Campbell began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps and he continues to hold the rank of Major in the reserve component. Immediately, prior to associating with Holden & Campbell, Mr. Campbell served as the General Counsel for the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, an agency designated to oversee and report to Congress on the reconstruction of Iraq. Mr. Campbell focuses his entire practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, including the use of trusts and other entities for probate avoidance, estate and gift tax savings and planned giving strategies. Frank has served on the Boards of several local charitable organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. He actively supports the YWCA of Anne Arundel County, and on behalf of the YWCA, has provided pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence. Frank has been selected by the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court to serve as independent counsel for disabled children and adults during guardianship proceedings. He currently lives in Severna Park with his wife and 3 sons.
